I heard that there was some kind of new transfer where you can transfer practically directly from NatWest to Barclays. Firstly does anyone know what this is officially called? Don’t want to sound like an idiot when I go in and ask for it. And secondly does anyone know whether the NatWest Edgware branch offers this? I am not sure if it is something that is offered in all branches or just certain ones?

I think you can do it anywhere, I doubt it depends on the branch. I would have thought that it is simply a system that they use now. I think it is called the instant payment system, but I am not sure. Can anyone else confirm?
