Can the NatWest Actionline upgrade my account?

Sprungfeld Sprungfeld Topic creator Posts: 1	I currently have a Solo Card and I want to upgrade my account to the normal current plus account to get the real card and I was wondering whether I have to go into the branch or if the NatWest Actionline can sort things out for me? It takes forver for me to go into the branch so I don’t want to have to go unless absolutely necessary.

Prabhat Prabhat Posts: 1	I had to go in to the branch and then what was even worse is that I had to wait about 1 week for the deicions to “come back” apparently they deal with these things centrally and the branch doesn’t make the decision. What bull is that? What is the point in having a branch if you cant make a decision? You might as well just have call centres.
Also very interesting: Is an anonymous debit card an idea of the past or the future? Abroad with debit card! Halifax charges please! Assistance with bank debit cards?! How can I apply for a debit card outside the UK? Are the rules different for debit cards & credit cards in other countries? How is debit card cloning so easily done? What are the differences between credit cards and debit cards here and abroad? Why does Barclay’s online banking & Barclaycard online banking differ? Anyone seen the Hello Kitty debit card in UK? Paypal to replace using credit/debit cards?
