Can NatWest online banking cancel a direct debit? I have been paying for insurance on my mobile phone when I didn’t know but it was already covered by my house insurance. I would like to cancel the direct debit and I called the company and they said I should inform my bank also by cancelling it from their side in case it takes too long and they try to take the money again. I don’t really have the time to go into town to the branch can I cancel it online? If so then how? |

You just need to go to the payment page and then where it says add/delete payees you should be able to see the company that you are talking about. If so then you will be able to simply delete them and that way it will block them from accessing your account and will not let them take any more money. |
