I am staying with a friend for a couple of weeks and I completely forgot to pack my Barclays PinsEntry reader. Will something happen if i use hers? Are they all individually programmed to only be used by one card or will it be ok?

I would say that there should not be any problem. I mean If that were the case then why would they ask you to input the last 4 digits of your card, it would all be there inside the reader if they were preprogrammed. Have you had a look online? Usually the Barclays Pinsentry info pages are pretty helpful I remember when I lost mine and it explained what to do. So even if you forgot your reader you can still log on but with limited features.
