I was so happy to hear that I was able to claim back the charges that I was left with when I went in to my overdraft but I was just thinking back and wondering will I also be able to claim back the Yorkshire bank overdraft interest charges that were added for every month that I couldn’t pay back the charges? |

A huge difference, it means that the charges are charges that you agreed to at the very beginning. The reason that people get to claim back money from charges is that they are not lawful, but interest charges are :-S |

I thought there was a way around it, but only if you used no money at all from you overdraft as you can prove that the interest charges are solely due to the charges they caused. But if you were already overdrawn then it is hard to prove how much interest is due to the charges and actually because of your money. |
