Best customer satisfaction in private banking? NAB a strong contender?

I recently undertook a survey to rate the level of customer satisfaction that I had received in private banking. NAB (who provide my current account) have always been happy to help and I don’t know anyone who has had a problem with them. I was just curious to see who else had completed the survey and whether or not people agree? It would be nice to know which other banks are available, I have been with NAB for 14 years now and so I think there is a little bit of brand loyalty there and perhaps I have just been lucky. |

No I think they are a good bank but can say that as a foreigner living in Australia I can tell the difference, on a whole Australian Banks are not very top on customer satisfaction. But I have banked with both NAB and the Commonwealth bank and it has been ok with both, just not excellent!!!! |
