Are the online banking KBC forms always in Dutch, German or French?

When I opened my account with KBC everything was done in English. I then checked the website and found that you could change the languages accordingly. The problem now is that I received my online banking KBC forms and cannot understand a word, none of the information is in English. Is there a way to request all mail to be in English? Also, is the online banking actually accessible in English as I know their site is but perhaps further on it changes again? |

I doubt you can request all the information in English by mail. Obviously when you opened the account it would have been in English as many business people are capable of speaking in English however this is not to say that their working language is English, just that you were fortunate that they could. I imagine when you signed the forms some were in another language other than English. This is because they do not have everything translated. However a lot of banks abroad do have their online services in English. For example I currently bank with Deutsch Bank in Germany and I had to sign papers in German, then when the online banking details came it was all in German even though the people at the bank spoke with me in English. However I am fortunate that the online banking can also be accessed in English, perhaps contact your branch again seeing as they speak English perhaps they can help you with accessing your accounts online. |
