Hi there, who can help me out with advice on car loans for bankrupts? We still have bankruptcy on our record, but we'd like two separate car loans for cars we need in order to work. Unfortunately the jobs we've found offer employment (step in the right direction) but require own transport.

You may be able to get a car loan if you have an asset that you can secure your loan against, like your home. Of course, putting your home at risk is a dangerous move so make sure you can afford to make the repayments before you sign on the dotted line! You'll need to find a specialist bad credit lender. Chance4Finance compare loan plans so they might be a good place to start: comparing deals is the best way to get a loan you can afford. If you can prove your income and you've already started improving your credit record you may get friendlier terms!
