What would you rate as being, in general, the best car financing option? Car loans? PCP? Car leasing? When do you get the most car for your cash?

It depends what you want to do with the vehicle. If you only need the car for a certain period of time, car leasing or PCP is a better option than a loan. If you want to buy the car and need cheapish financing because you can't offer the dealer the hard cash, a loan is your best option. PCP isn't a bad deal because monthly repayments tend to be cheaper. Essentially, because the end value of the car is deducted from the original price, and the payments you make are calculated on the remaining balance, you'll pay less. In addition, you can always choose to buy the car after making payments!
