I am currently leasing a car in the UK however for work reasons I am going to have to move back to France and was wondering what were to happen if I were to break my car lease terms? In my policy it states that I have to pay an early lease termination penalty to get out of it, but with only 2 months left on my lease I wondered if there are any other ways out of it? |

Apparently a lessee can request a voluntary repossession. Although this method of early lease termination wouldn’t directly cost you any money, it is extremely damaging to your credit, as it is a form of repossession. But if you are moving back to France I don’t know whether this will have any effect on you at all? |

You could try www.swap-a-lease.co.uk they do charge a fee but it will be very small in comparison to that which you would pay for the lease termination penalty and that way you won’t have to deal with any bad credit |
