Used lease-car fraud?

One of the main reasons that I wanted to lease was to ensure I had a new car, but I have heard that the companies sometimes give used cars also, is this right?

Summer Summer Posts: 5	I doubt this could be true, I mean it’s kind of like false advertising isn’t it, if you are offered a new car then given an old one? Perhaps it’s just while they find your car, maybe it’s like a loan car?
