Hi, I am about to get my first car as soon as I pass my test and I have been looking up car leasing vs. buying.... I am only 19 and don’t really have any credit history but I have a stable income. Has anyone else been able to lease a car directly after passing their test? I’m trying to find out what would be best for me and also which company has the best leasing price for Volkswagen Golf? Thanks |

Is a new car, which won’t even be yours, the best choice for your first car? Also have you thought about the insurance premium on a lease car for someone of your age? Perhaps buying a used car would be better for you? |

Just because someone is 19 doesn’t automatically mean they are a bad driver you know….. I think it will be a little difficult to get a lease directly after passing your test but if you are sure that’s what you want you could get a lease car with a guarantor |
