Maurer Maurer Posts: 1	From personal experience, I would say always check the wear and tear clause of the contract. Even though this may not be included when you ask for a quote you need to pay attention to it at the later stage. When my mom’s leased car contract ended she took back the car only to be informed that in her contract it stated that the car had to be returned in the exact same condition as it was given, meaning she had to pay loads for little scratches to the paintwork and interior to be replaced etc, whereas other companies accept minor scuffs and marks as obviously you have used it for a year or whatever the contract term was.
