My employer has issued me with a No Smoking Sticker that they want me to display in my company car? They say that as part of my company car lease I have to do so and that it is a criminal offence not to do so, is this true? I don’t understand why I should have to display the sticker when I know I don’t smoke and only I am licensed to drive it. Does anybody have knowledge of this regulation?

It depends where you live. This is only valid in England; I think Wales and Scotland have different laws but not sure. But in England, your company car is classed as a place of work and thus needs to show the no smoking sign.
