I was pretty reckless with money a while back and I have poor credit and a ccj to my name. I am self employed and finally have my head on straight and am able to take care of my finances but the problem is I need a van for my work, obviously a loan is out of the question so I have been looking in to financing. Guaranteed Van Finance seem to offer financing to people like me but I am wary and thinking what’s in it for them? Do they rip people off who they know have no other choice? Are their rates ridiculous in comparison to others? |

Finance is always a tough area for those who have poor credit. There are two ways of looking at it, either you need the money and that way have to pay the extra in order to get what you need to build your life up and get yourself out of debt, or you don’t and your business plan fails. I don’t know about the company but I agree with you when I hear that companies are offering finance to those with poor credit I think there must be a huge catch…. Well to pay for finance you must have some money, can you not just buy an old banger for the time being and then once you are a little better off get a decent van? |
