How does Gladiator van insurance work? It says on their website that they compare over 25 different van insurers so at first I thought that it was just a comparison site that helped you to look at all of the offers. But then it says that they have 87000 customers and that they have great offers. How does there company work? Do they get other insurers coverage but at a lower rate? Am I better of going with them, or do they have middle man fees added on top of the normal price? |

Dont go with them, their prices are cheap but their customer service is ridiculous, so pitiful!!!!! I personally will never use Gladiator for insurance ever again. I cancelled my insurance policy shortly after I took it out because they had increased the premium by 100quid apparently due to windscreen chip repairs that were done on my previous insurance. They said that this counted as a claim. Cancelation of the policy took me forever, I asked for a cancelation form so I could send the certificate back and it took 6 days to arrive! I had to push them to get the insurance cancelled and the customer service department were very unhelpful. A very disappointing experience. |
