I need to take out a business loan in order to purchase a new property to expand my business, but I have no clue what to expect. I don’t want to accept a higher rate of interest when there are cheaper ones available. How much are business loans interest rates usually?

There isn’t really a definite number. Most people agree that it is between 4-6% however this can be changed dramatically depending on your circumstances. What kind of credit history you have, how risky the business plan is and what kind of collateral you have.

Have you tried using a few of the online calculators? They if you research enough of them you should be able to get a general overview of what type of interest rate you will be looking at.
