If you want some friendly advice you could try asking a few direct questions of the community – if you're looking for specific debt management advice tailored to your situation I'd probably suggest the Citizens Advice Bureau. They offer free advice and can help you to work out a budgeting plan / refer you to a finance specialist etc. If you would like a clear plan as to how to improve your credit score or balance your financial needs you could try asking your bank if they offer an advisory service.
