I heard the government is able to lend you money if you're poor and don't have other opportunities to borrow. How can I qualify for gov business loans / gov personal loans? What documents do they need?

Every case will be assessed differently: you'll need to make a good case for your own business proposal. If you've got a foolproof plan and the research to back your ideas up, the bank may consider you a good candidate for a business loan. If you have no security, the government might offer to be your guarantor – again, this is assessed on a case by case basis. You can find the forms you need to apply for a loan guaranteed by the SBA (U.S. Small Business Administration) online.
