Anyone had one of the business loans Lloyds TSB offers?

I was hoping to set up my own business and but I am not sure who I should go with. I was recommended by an ex-colleague that the business loans Lloyds TSB has are pretty good. I have never actually banked with Lloyds so it would be nice if I could get your thoughts and hear some previous experiences with them to get an overview of whether or not I want to deal with them. |

Maybe I have been extremely unlucky but I seem to have been completely messed over by Lloyds so I am not sure whether they are just ridiculous or I have just been unlucky. But it seems they never want to help their customers. They just ignore letters you send them and then if you do get a response it is a snotty letter telling you what more they are going to take from you. Stay away!
