Does Aviva (Norwich Union) business insurance only go through brokers?

I have been looking online for Aviva business insurance (Norwich union formerly known) but all I can seem to find are links directing me to independent brokers. Why is this? Can I not just buy the business insurance online and be done with it? Why do I have to go through so much hassle? You would think they’d want to make it easy for potential clients not harder than necessary. |

Well on their website they say that brokers offer expert advice and thus make it clearer and easier to take out insurance, but I agree with you, what’s the point? |
