Over 80s Pension Entitlement

In order to qualify for the Over 80s Pension, there are certain criteria you must meet. To receive this pension, you should:

• Be over eighty years of age
• Receive no State Pension or receive less than the non-contributory State Pension, currently £52.30 a week
• Have lived as a British resident for at least ten of the twenty years prior to your eightieth birthday: you may be entitled to count periods spent living in another European Union country towards this total

 If you fulfil these criteria you should be entitled to receive the Over 80s Pension.
